Sasema, which is served during parties and other gatherings, is a locally known delicacy in Guiuan, Eastern Samar Philippines. It is somewhat similar to a Nougat, depending on who prepares it or what texture, crispiness the cooked want it to be, it can be soft or hard and wrapped like a candy.
